Anthony Palencsar spent over a decade as the Chief Concierge for the Tiffany Salon at the New York City flagship of Tiffany & Co., During his tenure he was responsible for delivering elite service, “The Ultimate Tiffany Experience," to executive clients while providing a variety of personalized services and information to entitled guests visiting any Tiffany store, world-wide. Recently Anthony pivoted back to his hotel Concierge roots taking on the Lead of Concierge Services at the famed Soho Grand Hotel in lower Manhattan.
Anthony has extensive expertise working with HNW individuals and C-suite executives to curate priceless experiences every day. He has also helped luxury brands and countless providers create new and engaging experiences. He is a sought-after resource to other concierges for his connections to quickly facilitate luxury hospitality, private and commercial travel, accommodations and luxury purchases.
Prior to joining Tiffanys, Anthony was Chef Concierge at Thompson Hotel Group.
He is also a member of the Luxury Institute of New York City, has reported to the Concierge Advisory Board to MVP/NY Inc., is an Active Member to the New York City Association of Hotel Concierge and is a VIP Member of Concierge Sales Network.
